History of the San Francisco Giants

During the period during 1930 to 1957, the San Francisco Giants won 5 Pennants in the last 28 seasons. In the following year, which is in 1958, they won the World Series Championship. This was once again a crowning moment for the team. In fact, all through the decade of the 1950s, the San Francisco Giants dominated the center stage of the game. They again won the Word Series in the year 1962. Over the years, the team passed through a maze of both good and bad times experiencing success as well as defeats simultaneously. However, they bounced back again in 2002 winning the National League Championship Series and the World Series.
