College Baseball Players



College Baseball Players participate in intercollegiate level under NCCA and NAIA. The final showdown is the College World Series. A list of popular College Baseball Players is given below:
Bryce Harper- Born on October 16, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Harper started his baseball career as a catcher. He played his first college game for the College of Southern Nevada. Sports Illustrated has stated him as "the LeBron James of baseball." He could perhaps be the first pick of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft.
Tyler Holt- Stands at 5 foot 11 inches and weighs 175 lbs, Tyler Holt is known for his excellent defense. Playing for the Florida State University, he is also renowned for his speedy leadoff hitting. He is a player worth watching in the College Baseball 2010 League.
Taylor Jungmann- Born on December 18, 1989 in Temple, Texas, Jungmann is a student of the University of Texas. He was drafted in 24th Round (739th overall) of 2008 amateur entry draft (June-Reg) by the Los Angeles Angels.
Anthony Ranaudo- Regarded among the most probable players of the 2010 Major League, Anthony Ranaudo is a player from the Louisiana State University. This right hand hitter was born on Sep 9, 1989 in Jackson, New Jersey. He was chosen in 11th Round (350th overall) of 2007 amateur entry draft (June-Reg) by the Texas Rangers.
Addison Reed– He was born on December 27, 1988 in Montclair, California. This player has not yet been drafted. But he is one of the most probable players of the 2010 Major League. He plays for the San Diego State University.
Anthony Rendon- Although Anthony Rendon is a freshman, but he plays like a veteran. According to Wayne Graham "Obviously Anthony is one of the top players in college baseball." Anthony Michael Rendon was born on June 6, 1990, in Houston, Texas. Rice 2009 has recognized him as the National Freshman of the Year.
Kyle Matthew Roller- Known as Kyle Roller, this college baseball player was drafted in 47th Round (1413th overall) of 2009 amateur entry draft (June-Reg) by the Oakland Athletics. He was born on March 27, 1988 in Moore County, North Carolina. Roller is a student of the East Carolina University, and one of the most possible players of the 2010 Major League.
Thomas Andrew Pomeranz- Born on November 22, 1988 in Collierville, Tennessee, Pomeranz is popularly known as Drew Pomeranz. The Texas Rangers drafted him in 12th Round (380th overall) of 2007 amateur entry draft. Pomeranz is 6 foot 5 inches tall and weighs 190 lbs. He is a student of the University of Mississippi.
